چکیده
Serous ovarian cancer is the most common and primary death type in cancer. In recent studies, tumor microenvironment immune infiltration significantly affect prognosis of This study analyzed four gene expression types TCGA database to extract differentially expressed genes verify prognostic significance. Meanwhile, functional enrichment protein interaction network analysis exposed that these were related response infiltration. Subsequently, we proved an independent data set from GEO database. Finally, multivariate cox regression revealed significance TAP1 CXCL13. The genetic alteration two shown. Then, established a nomogram model clinical risk factors. performed well Calibration plot Decision Curve Analysis. conclusion, have obtained list with better for serous cancer, based on this, tried establish model.

A Five-Gene Expression Signature Predicts Clinical Outcome of Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma
Ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma is a common malignant tumor of female genital organs. Treatment is generally less effective as patients are usually diagnosed in the late stage. Therefore, a well-designed prognostic marker provides valuable data for optimizing therapy. In this study, we analyzed 303 samples of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma and the corresponding RNA-seq data. We observed th...
متن کاملExpression of Yes-associated protein 1 and its clinical significance in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma
Yes-associated protein 1 (YAP1) is a key transcriptional regulator in the Hippo signaling pathway that plays a critical role in the development and progression of several types of malignancies, including ovarian cancer. Herein, we investigated the expression of YAP1 and its clinical significance in a large population of patients with ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OSC), which is the most co...
متن کاملMolecular Subtyping of Serous Ovarian Tumors Reveals Multiple Connections to Intrinsic Breast Cancer Subtypes
OBJECTIVE Transcriptional profiling of epithelial ovarian cancer has revealed molecular subtypes correlating to biological and clinical features. We aimed to determine gene expression differences between malignant, benign and borderline serous ovarian tumors, and investigate similarities with the well-established intrinsic molecular subtypes of breast cancer. METHODS Global gene expression pr...
متن کاملGene co-expression network reveals shared modules predictive of stage and grade in serous ovarian cancers
Serous ovarian cancer (SOC) is the most lethal gynecological cancer. Clinical studies have revealed an association between tumor stage and grade and clinical prognosis. Identification of meaningful clusters of co-expressed genes or representative biomarkers related to stage or grade may help to reveal mechanisms of tumorigenesis and cancer development, and aid in predicting SOC patient prognosi...
متن کاملSerous cystadenocarcinoma of the spleen
The commonly seen primary malignant neoplasms of the spleen are angiosarcoma and lymphoma. We present a case of serous cystadenocarcinoma of the spleen. It was presumed to be originated from dropped nonmalignant ovarian tissue, which was accidentally implanted to the splenic surface during hysterectomy and bilateral salpingooophorectomies for torsion of right fallopian tube 9 and half years ago...
